Our Statement of Faith
Sow the Love Ministries, Inc. is a 501c3 non-profit organization committed to the expansion of God’s Kingdom and the fulfillment of the Great Commission. (Matt 28:18-20) This declaration is set forth to express core doctrinal beliefs that guide our mission and ministry. Above all, we believe that ALL people EVERYWHERE deserve to be treated in a matter that is right, just, and fair. We strive to live out our lives as people who act justly, love mercy and walk in humility with God.

God:
We believe that God eternally co-exists as three persons. The Father, Son and Holy Spirit. God is holy and perfect in all His actions. He is omnipresent, omnipotent, and omniscient.

Jesus:
We believe that Jesus Christ of Nazareth is the Son of God. He perfected the human form by infusing the fullness of His deity into a created human. He lived a perfect, sinless life in complete submission to the will of the Father. He came to earth for the purpose of bringing redemption and forgiveness to all who would believe in Him. Therefore, His sacrificial death as recorded in the Gospel accounts and foretold in the writings of the prophets provided the atonement needed for humans to be restored to right relationship with God. Through the shedding of innocent blood in the place of sinners, the payment was made on our behalf to have our sins forgiven.

Holy Spirit:
We believe that Holy Spirit is the active presence of God indwelling believers and empowers, speaks, guides, reminds, testifies, convicts, encourages, intercedes, and prohibits with the sole purpose of bringing glory to God in His fullness.

The Bible:
We believe that the Bible, composed of the Old and New Testaments, is the divinely inspired word of God, the final and trustworthy authority for faith and practice. It is to be interpreted responsibly under the guidance of Holy Spirit within the community of faith. The Bible clearly reveals the essentials necessary for salvation and the basics of how to conduct our lives. It will be the ultimate source of determining correct practice regarding how ministry is carried out within our organization.

Mankind or Humans:
We believe that the Bible, composed of the Old and New Testaments, is the divinely inspired word of God, the final and trustworthy authority for faith and practice. It is to be interpreted responsibly under the guidance of Holy Spirit within the community of faith. The Bible clearly reveals the essentials necessary for salvation and the basics of how to conduct our lives. It will be the ultimate source of determining correct practice regarding how ministry is carried out within our organization.

Salvation:
We believe that God provided a means for mankind to be restored to right relationship with Him and be forgiven from their sins by grace through faith in Jesus Christ. Salvation is found only through faith in Christ and in Him alone. Salvation includes the forgiveness of sins and the ability to enjoy God in both this life and for eternity in His presence.

The Church:
We believe those who have put their faith in Jesus Christ as the Son of God for the forgiveness of sins make up the universal church- God’s people. As followers of Jesus Christ, we have been given the Great Commandment and the Great Commission as the primary standards to govern our lives. As called, chosen, set apart ambassadors for Christ it is the church’s primary responsibility to proclaim eternal life to the world and fulfill the Great Commission while living out the Great Commandment.

The Return of Christ:
We believe in the literal bodily return of Jesus Christ to gather His church to Himself and to judge the living and the dead at the end of this age. Believers will enjoy eternal fellowship with God in His kingdom and unbelievers will suffer eternal separation from their Creator God.
